On Monday May 15th 2023, The American Legion Williams – Napier Post 40 had their regular monthly meeting. In attendance were the recipients and their respective families of the 1st ever Scholastic Scholarship Award to be presented by the Commander and Finance officer on May 19th.
Mia C. and Alivia H. will each be receiving the $1000 check and Scholarship Certificate on Friday at their respective school. Mia at Heritage High and Alivia at Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High.
The American Legion Williams-Napier Post 40 takes pride in presenting this first ever occurrence in our history to help support and foster a continuing education in our local youth.
